Cuttack ‘gana dauda’ marks Utkal Divas with 800-plus participants

Cuttack: The ‘Gana Dauda’ organised by Cuttack District Athletic Association (CDAA) on the occasion of Utkal Divas saw participation of more than 800 participants.

The run flagged off by CDAA general secretary Ashirbad Behera on April 1 from the Barabati Fort gate here covered the different localities in the city before culminating at the Barabati Stadium Club House.

A prize distribution ceremony was held where the winners in different categories of the run were felicitated including the athletes who brought laurels for Cuttack in inter-district competitions last year.
