Odisha registered their second consecutive win in the league stage of CK Nayudu Trophy, by beating Hyderabad by 132 runs on Saturday.
On day four, Hyderabad’s second innings folded for 167, with Tarini SA picking a five-wicket haul.
Put in to bat at St. Xavier’s KCA Cricket Ground in Trivandrum, Odisha scored 345 in their first innings with Aashirwad Swain making 69 and Debasish Samantray 68.
In reply, Hyderabad were all out for 232 with HK Simha scoring a century for them, while for Odisha Kartik Biswal and Sunil Roul picked three wickets each.
In their second innings, Odisha were all out for 186 with Anil Parida and Kartik Biswal scoring fifties.
Odisha with two consecutive wins by beating Madhya Pradesh and Hyderabad after losing the first game in the league phase to Jharkhand. With 12 points Odisha finished third in the table of Elite Group-C.
