CDAA organises Ganadauda on Utkala Diwas

Asirbad Behera flags off the ganadauda.

On the occasion of Utkala Diwas, Cuttack District Athletics Association (CDAA) organised Ganadauda in different categories.

The run which was flagged off by Asirbad Behera, hony. general secretary of CDAA, started from Barabati Fort Gate and finished at Club House Gate of Barabati Stadium.

The gold medal winners in different categories were, Akash Singh (men), Samsada Ara Begum (women), Tarini Sethi (junior boys) and Meher Begum (junior girls).

Bhabani Shankar Chayani, collector and district magistrate of Cuttack gave away prizes and medals to the winners of the run.

Among of the office bearers of the CDAA, Bhakta Ballav Das, Bijay Das, Ranjan Biswal, Ramesh Chandra Mallik, Krushna Chandra Behera, Sahadeb Rout, Abhijit Paul, Subasis Kar and Bimal Chandra Sethi were present.
