AGM of Odisha Olympic Association being held at OCA Conference hall.
The Annual General Meeting of Odisha Olympic Association held on 3rd October 2021 at OCA Conference hall at 11:30 AM. All the office bearers and secretaries and members of Districts Athletics Association and State Sports Associations were present in this meeting. The Annual Reports of the Secretary was passed, along with the budget for the year 2021-22 of Rs 4,55,67,188 was approved.
Also, the Annual General Meeting of Odisha Athletics Association was held at 12:30 PM at the same venue. Asirbad Behera, secretary Odisha Athletics Association and all the members of District Athletics Association were present during the meeting. A budget of Rs 45,000,00 was approved for the year 2021-22.
Weightlifting trials
A two-day talent scouting for Odisha Weightlifting High Performance Centre was held at Jatiya Vyayam Krida Parishad, Puri on 2nd & 3rd October 2021.
More than 100 lifters in the age group of 13-18 participated in the event.
