588 players attend talent hunt camp for pacers

The three-day talent hunt camp for pace bowlers conducted by Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) concluded on Friday.

The camp held in three phases at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack saw participation of 588 potential bowlers from all the districts of Odisha.

The senior Odisha men’s team head coach Dinesh Mongia along with senior and junior selectors of OCA – Amiya Ray, Sourajit Mohapatra, Subit Biswal and Pravanjan Mullick were present to scout the best talents.

Meanwhile, the selected players from the camp will next attend a coaching camp conducted by former India pacer Debasis Mohanty.
